JustClaim is a platform that enables individuals and businesses to prepare formal correspondence, pre-action protocol letters, and court documents for civil disputes, including litigants in person (LIP) documentation for the County Court and Small Claims Track.

When you use JustClaim to generate legal correspondence, pre-action letters, or court documents, you act as the Data Controller. JustClaim is the Data Processor
JustClaim acts as a Data Processor, processing personal data on your behalf to provide our services. We process data only in accordance with your instructions and for the purposes of generating documents, facilitating communications, and providing our platform services.
By using JustClaim to generate or send legal correspondence, you acknowledge your responsibilities as a Data Controller, including ensuring you have a lawful basis for processing any personal data you provide about third parties.

Case Information
Details about your dispute, including descriptions of the issue, amounts claimed, dates, and any supporting information you provide through our AI assistant.
Third-Party Information
Information about opposing parties (defendants or claimants) that you provide, including names, addresses, and contact details. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to provide this information.
Generated Documents
Letters, pre-action correspondence, and court documents generated through our platform, including any edits you make.
Technical Data
IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data collected automatically when you access our platform.
How We Protect Your Data

All personal data and documents are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption when stored in our databases.
