The table below shows the Platform fee for preparing each document, and the separate court or tribunal fee that goes with it. Prices update automatically, so this always matches what you’d pay at checkout. All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

The court or tribunal fee is paid to HMCTS as your court issue fee. Where a claim goes to court and you win, it is added to what the other side owes you. If the other side agrees to arbitration before your claim is issued, it pays for the tribunal instead. The Platform fee is separate from the court claim and isn’t refundable once your documents are prepared.
